Hi freedomdogrescueottawa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you getting the error when you open the form, or when you submit your response while on Google Chrome and Safari? I opened your form on this browser but got no error. Check the following screenshots taken from a Safari and Google Chrome browser:
If the issue is happening only after hitting the Submit button, would it be okay if we submit a test submission on your form? I've also cleared your form cache in our server to refresh it. This may help with this issue.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Lesther,
Unfortunately, the safari still doesn't work for us. This is the current screenshoot on a safari.
Thank you! could it be the version of the safari or OS?

Hi freedomdogrescueottawa,
Can you clear your browser's cache and give it another try? You can check out this guide to learn about how to clear browser cache. If you ran into the same issue, we suggest you to share some additional information about your browser application and operating system you are using. It is also suggested if you could provide us the Browser console log report.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Ibrar,
So similar issues are still there for other safari users on the team and for the public (mobile and browser based) I am wondering if it is because jotform no longer supports older OS of safari?
Thank you!

Hi freedomdogrescueottawa,
When I tested on my iPhone with version 18.3.2 and Jotform website is accessible, you can check out the screenshot below:
Could you share the version of your Safari browser & I'll try to reproduce the issue on the same version?

Hi freedomdogrescueottawa,
The error shared by you is very old, and it should not be shown on the screen. Could you download Google Chrome on your phone and also can try using a different internet? In case, if you still have the same issue, could you provide us the Browser console log report.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Ibrar,
This issue is coming from our adoption applicants (various devices and public access to all). Is it conclusive that jotform no longer supported the older OS safari? We are the admin team of the rescue and some of us are able to reproduce the applicant's issue (with older OS devices) and some are not ( newer OS safari). Chrome is ok for our devices so far. We just need to be able to explain to our applicants why the form is not available on certain browsers as our applicants are getting frustrated.
Thank you!

Hi freedomdogrescueottawa,
I've tested with iOS version 17.0 and can access Jotform normally. You can check out screenshot below:
Since you are still not able to access Jotform from your safari browser, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. They are working on the issue as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Ibrar,
We had the website up at a weekend event and many struggled with the same error even on Mobile Chrome. We are not sure what is the next step as we have a lot of traffic that uses that form for our dogs in care. Would it be able to escalate to the next level for this issue? We have to look at another form alternative if this issue persist as we are all volunteers and need the form to match with our dogs in care.
Thank you!

Hi freedomdogrescueottawa,
Thanks for using Jotform. I have tried to replicate the issue on different devices as well as different iOS versions including 11,12 and 14, but I was unable to replicate the issue. Take a look at my screenshots below:
Can you provide more details about the models and versions of the devices you have tested? Also, could you share the page URL you are trying to access? If possible, can you send us a screen recording of the issue? This will help us replicate it on our end and assist you better. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you we'll be able to help you with this.
