Question about Report Writer

Hello - I'm trying to create a report in Report Writer from a training session I had with 36 people. I have so many responses they don't fit on the sheet. I have worked with the DATA to add all entries. Is there a way that I can make all the responses on one page or switch it to another page?

    Thank you,

    Christine Molina

    Hi Christine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're trying to display all options in your report. You can adjust the option limit to display all options at once. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Report Builder, select the relevant field and click on the Gear icon on the right of the field.

    2. Under the Data tab, you can select how many options you want to show under Option Limit.Question about Report Writer Image 1 Screenshot 50

This allows you to put all the data on the chart but you need to scroll down to see the answers that don't fit in the initial screen. Check out my screencast below: Question about Report Writer Image 2 Screenshot 61

If this doesn't work out for you, you can also manually split the answers into two pages. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Report Builder, select the relevant field and click on the Gear icon on the side right of the field.

    2. Under the Data tab, only check the data you want to show in the first page.

    3. Then, on the right of the field click on the Duplicate icon under the Gear icon.

    4. Now, move the new element to a new page.

    5. Check the data you want to show in the second page.Question about Report Writer Image 4 Screenshot 83

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
