Condition: Fields showing up incorrectly using show/hide

What's working correctly:
"Date of Job Walk" and "Is an additional attendee needed?" is hidden until yes is selected for "Job Walk Required?".

What I'm trying to achieve:
I don't want the "WHO??" multiple choice to show up unless yes is selected on the "Is an additional attendee needed?".

What might be the problem:
"Is an additional attendee needed?" is part of condition. It only shows up if yes is selected as the answer for "Job Walk Required?"

Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Conditions tab on the left side of the page.
3. Now, click on the Add a New Condition and click on the Show/HideField.
4. Set the Conditions like you see below:
