I put the wrong email address

    I put the wrong email address and I dont have access to the one thats entered how do I fix? I put arielmoore@reedyriver.com when the Correct email is arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com

To confirm, you don't have access to the account with the email address arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com? If so, can you share an email address that is not associated with a Jotform account so we can update your account email on our end.

    I dont have access to arielmoore@reedyriver.com which is associated with this account. I need it switched to arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com I started another account in error. I just figured out I put the wrong email.

    We can update your email on our end but, we need to free the email address arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com because it is associated with a Jotform account. Can you share us an email address that is not associated with a Jotform account so we can update it on our end. Or we can transfer your form to the correct account with the email address arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I deleted the account associated with can it be switched over now?

    Hi Ariel,

    Unfortunately, deleting the Jotform account with the email address arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com will not free the email. It will take 30 days for the email address to be free from the deleted account. I have reactivated the account again, and since you have access to the account with the email arielmoore@reedyriverchurch.com, I would suggest changing the email address. You can easily change your email address in the Jotform account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Forms/My Workspace, in the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.

    2. On the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. Hover your mouse to the upper left side of the screen, click on Account.

    4. On Email, click on Edit.

    5. Enter the New Email address.

    6. Click on Save.
