Do you support keying a DKIM record so emails out of Jotform have DNS records we can add to confirm authority for our domain? Otherwise, do we need to integrate with a platform like mailchimp or constant contact for that feature?

    Hi breadrosesfund,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, we don't have a DKIM Authentication option. But if you would like to use a custom sender on your email notifications, you can use an SMTP or verified email server to send your emails. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.

That's it. You can then set up your sender email as your form's notification or autoresponder sender email. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
    2. On the left panel, click on the Emails tab.
    3. Hover over the Notification Email template and then click the Pencil icon.

    4. Next, click on the Advanced tab.

    5. Under the Sender Email section, select your new sender email.

    6. Finally, click the Save button.

That's it. You can also use the MailChimp integration if that would suites your needs.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
