What's the best way to escalate a customer service issue that can't be handled by an AI Agent?
Context: we're building AI Agents for winery clients...mostly for answering FAQs. But if a customer uses the chatbot window to try to order a product using a saved credit card, human intervention is required. We want that handoff to be a smooth as possible:) -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's currently no option to set up the AI Agent to escalate or transfer the chat to a real person. But, if you have your own ticketing system, you can create tickets automatically using Send API Request tool. We have a guide about that here.
