How To Change Payment Method From Paypal to Credit Card?

    I am not able to add another payment method. Paypal seems like the only option. I want to add my credit card and set up a recuring payment. Not go though Paypal

    Hi Loni, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use a credit card as an alternative payment method. You can remove PayPal and update your subscription with your credit card easily. Check out the steps below to see how it's done:

    1. Go to the Pricing page, and click on your current plan.

    2. In the Checkout page, under Choose Your Payment Method, select Credit/Debit Card.

    3. Tick the Terms of Service box, and then click on Pay/Continue, and you’re done.
