Deploy Email with form and Track Responses

Is there a way to send a form from a list of emails (CSV file) that doesn't require the recipient to have a Jotform account? And help us track who is sending back responses.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, uploading the list of emails via a CSV file is only available for the Invite via Email feature, which requires the users to log in to their account to verify their identity. It's also the only option to check who among those you invited has made their submission. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click Publish from the top navigation bar.
2. Click on the Download icon, and select Upload CSV File.

If you really don't want the users to log in, we have a guide about How to Send a Form via Email that you can check out. But, you won't be able to directly track those who have made a submission unless you compare your CSV file with the entries in your Submissions Table.
