when we add comments to Deal Reg then Approve or Deny, the comments are not sent with the Approval/Deny Notification email. Below is an example where I denied a Deal Reg added a comment. The partner did not receive the comment in the notification. Need this changed so the comment is sent with the notification

    Hi Melissa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that when a Deal Registration is approved or denied with a comment, the comment is not included in the notification email sent to the partner. Based on the provided screenshots, the denial comment is visible within the system but does not reach the recipient. To address this, it is essential to review the notification email settings and ensure that the email template includes a placeholder for comments. Additionally, checking the approval workflow configuration is necessary to confirm whether comments are set to be included in the notifications.

Keep us updated and let us know if you have any other questions.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover over the Notification email, click on the Pencil icon to open its properties.
    4. Once done customizing the new notification email, click the Save button.
