Submission limit has been reached

    Jotform is stating that my monthly submissions have reached their limit, but there is no chance that I reached 1000 submissions in a 30-day period. Can't get a hold of anyone.

    This needs to be handled immediately. I have dozens of interested and potential members of my organization that must utilize our jotforms to initiate the process.

    Hi Craig,

    When I review your submissions, I see that these submissions come from forms that you have deleted. Your monthly submission usage shows the number of submissions you have received that month and is reset every month. The total submission count covers all time and decreases when you delete a form or submission. Unfortunately, it seems that you have reached your limit.

    For details count (Form id => Submission Count):

    250754049556059 => 5110

    250755321729055 => 4889

    231145693613152 => 2

    I am giving you extra submission usage until the end of this month to prevent you from losing potential members.

    If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    So I just have to delete submissions or forms to decrease the total submissions?

    That count is incorrect!!!! There is no possible way I have used 10,000 submissions. I have used this platform for less than a 2 years. The organization's largest submission count is in form "Old Dominion Aquatic Club - Team Evaluation" with 334 submissions.  You calculations are way off.

    I expect my total submissions to be zero unless you can fully explain to me where these two 5000+ submissions came from! Ridiculous.

    Hi Craig,

    Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. Do you recognize the forms with IDs 250754049556059 and 250755321729055? These forms are responsible for the high number of submissions on your account. If you’re not familiar with them, it’s possible that someone created them using your account. I suggest resetting your account's password as a precaution. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    Submission limit has been reached Image 1 Screenshot 60

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    Submission limit has been reached Image 2 Screenshot 71

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    Submission limit has been reached Image 3 Screenshot 82

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    Submission limit has been reached Image 4 Screenshot 93

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Submission limit has been reached Image 5 Screenshot 104There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Already reset my password. You all need to remove the two massive forms with either almost 5000, and over 5000 submissions. I do NOT recognize those forms.

    The submission count was not reset - instead of 10,000 submission limit, it now shows 20,000 submission limit. I would like to have my submission reset to zero. Additionally, I need to know what exactly was displayed and on the 2 ID forms of 250754049556059 & 250755321729055.

    Hi Craig,

    It appears that our devs increased your limits to 20,000 submission to fix the issue. It will show 0 on the 01-04-2025. Can you verify if you are asking how many limits showing in your 2 forms? If yes, the form: Old Dominion Aquatic Club - Team Evaluation is showing 334 and the other one is 224. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Craig,

    Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate the forms with the following IDs:

    • 250754049556059
    • 250755321729055

    It seems they may have already been deleted. Let me show you how to restore a deleted form:

    1. On the My Forms page, click on the Trash folder on the lower left.
    2. Hover your mouse on the deleted form and click Restore.
