Hello!
I have created a job application for a few positions we are hiring for at our stores, and I just got an email saying I am collecting restricted information and my form will be deleted if I do not fix it. I hope looked over the rules and regulations, and do not see anything that I am violating in the form. Can you please help me get the form approved and corrected so that it does not get deleted?
