redirect to url not working, going to wrong url

I have a url redirect to https://www.hitexecutiveconsulting.com/bookdenialconsultation

IF the question is answered Yes

but it instead redirects to https://www.hitexecutiveconsulting.com/bookconsultationcall

even though it is reflected correctly in the settings/conditions for question 1

https://www.hitexecutiveconsulting.com/certificationdesignationquiz

All the other redirects appear to work.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the Change Thank You Page conditions on your form #231555516846058, and I can see that condition 1, and condition 13 are contradicting. Both conditions become true when the first option is selected Yes, which is why it is redirecting to the URL in condition 13. Check out the screencasts below:

You can disable condition 13, so when someone select Yes, they redirect to the URL in 1st condition. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Conditions.

3. Hover your mouse over the 13th Condition, and then click on the Gear icon.

4. Now, click on Disable, and then click on Save.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
