Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
We love your products.
You guys have a great platform, for most services, EXCEPT! one thing that made us really mad about it, here is the thing.
We send documents to be signed by our clients, they receive it with JotForm Logo BUT NOT WITH OUR BANDING LOGO "RENO PROXIMA". And that causes loosing contracts.
When tried your chabot assistant and followed the instructions, we've been informed that our SLIVER package is not ENOUGH to put our brand when sending documents.
When our clients receives JorForm Brand:
1- They got confused with jotForm logo.
2- They dont sign documents
3- We loose the contract and then the client.
Waiting for a best solution from your part,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can't customize the sender name and email of the Jotform Sign email. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
