Im creating a form where some of the boxes are prefilled from airtable. One of those boxes contains a unique link to a google spreadsheet where they need to fill in some additional info. It works fine both to open and embed when i use one link directly in both iframe and a button, but as these links need to be dynamic i created a hidden field in the form, that prefills the different links. The field has dynamic value {sheetsurl}, and this is where issue begins. When embedded, I either get a blank box or a "cdn.jotfor.ms refused to connect" error - depending on how i formatted the link in airtable. I tried doing it with a button to open link in other tab, but here i only got the 404 page not found error from jotform. Im having the issues in several different browsers as well.
I need the people who fills out the form to be able to open this link somehow, and having it embedded was the main reason i chose typeform to begin with. I am by no means a coder or developer, im using very general knowledge and help from ChatGPT to help me out, and it has gotten me quite far - but im stuck here.
Appreciate any advice! -

Hi Thea,
If you want to embed your Spreadsheet on Jotform, you'll have to get the File Link instead of Share link. It is really easy to get the File Link from the Google Sheets, let me show you how:
1. Open your Spreadsheet in Google Drive.
2. Click on File and then click on Share.
3. In the Options shown next to Share, choose Publish on Web.
4. In the Popup, under Link tab, set the Format as Webpage and Data you want to Publish and click on Publish button.
5. In the Confirmation popup, click on Ok button and then copy the link.
6. Now, in Jotform Builder, scroll down and select the iFrame Embed widget and click on the Wand icon.
7. Under General tab, paste the copied link in Frame URL section & click on Update button.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
