Some customers complaining that they are not receiving email that I sent from JotForm. Some saying that they submit it, but I did not receive them.
Is there any way I can check on JotForm if the customer received the email?

Hi Leonid,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email mplbtax@gmail.com logs and found that you have received the notification emails for your recent submissions. If some recipients did not receive the autoresponder email, you can share their email addresses with us so we can investigate further. Also, you can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
