Need help to connect 4 separate forms together

I'm trying to connect 4 quizzes in 4 separate forms. This is for a new employee onboarding. What i want is that for every new employee that passes each quiz to get a certificate of completion.

I've managed to create my forms but I'm stuck in the workflow.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Have you tried to add all the forms and connected it together, such as below? This might suit what you are looking for.

The workflow will trigger an email to notify the email address from previous's form, to fill out the next form. Let me walk you through the steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange navigation bar.
2. Click on Workflows on the left sidebar.
3. Click on Create Workflow.
4. You'll be directed to Workflow Builder. In Workflow Builder, click or drag and drop Form element.
5. Click on Complete Settings.
6. Click on dropdown below Add a Form and select the form you want to add.
7. Then, click on Form Field beside Assignee Email Address.
8. Select the Email element from the form you preferred.
9. Then, click on Save.

You can repeat the same action for the rest of the form.
