When viewing the PDF of a form that is created, the added fields are not visible in the PDF. What can I do?

Hi May,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve checked your form URL, but it looks like your form has been deleted. But, I’ve cloned and tested your form, and everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I have also noticed that the option to hide empty fields is enabled in your PDF settings, this may be the reason you’re not seeing some fields on your submissions. You can disable this feature if you’d like and test it afterward. Let me show you how to do that:
- In PDF Editor, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the page.
- Then, disable the Hide empty form fields setting, in the opening panel on the right.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi May,
We are unable to access the link to your PDF because we do not have access to your Jotform account. But, to determine why the Input Table is not appearing in your PDF Submission Report, could you provide us access to your Jotform account? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
