Place the sublabels inside the field

    How do i the below in cards format

    This is the current one i have

    I wanted to do something like the below.

    1) Text is in the middle and the sublabels are inside the box just like below.

    2) Postal code - is only half box and on the left (how can i do half only)

    Hi Myorthoforms,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your GUILDFORD ORTHODONTIC CENTRE ADULT INFORMATION FORM, and it appears that you're using the Multi-Line Question field for the Home Address. Check out my screenshot below:

    Place the sublabels inside the field Image 1 Screenshot 50I suggest using the Address field, instead. Let me show you how to add this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. From the Basic tab, select Address. Place the sublabels inside the field Image 2 Screenshot 61

    To make the sublabels inside the box, you can remove the default sublabels and add a placeholder. Let's do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the Address field.
    2. From the General tab, remove the default sublabels.
    3. From the Advanced tab, enter the sublabels as the Placeholder. Place the sublabels inside the field Image 3 Screenshot 72
