Hi there,
My account says I have reached Total Submission Limit of 500, but I cannot see where these are coming from?
I have deleted all old submissions and emptied the trash, but it still says there is 500 submissions somewhere?
Can you check this please? -

Hi sewmakecreate,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've manually recalculated your total submission limit, and it is now showing as 52/500 used. The warning message should now disappear from your workspace. Keep in mind that the total submission limit is the maximum number of entries from all your forms you can keep in your account.
