Hello,
The person who created the Jotform account for our organization is no longer with the organization and I need to change the person who has access to our new employee. How do I do this?

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to this account, we can change the email address for you, or you can change the email address of the user. Let me show you How to Change Your Email Address:
- Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on Settings.
- Next, click on Account on the left side of the page.
- Click on Edit in the Email Section.
- Finally, enter the new email address, and click on Save.
If the Require verification to change email option is enabled in your Privacy Settings, you will get an email message to verify the email address change request.
Finally, you will get an email message to verify the new email address of the account.
