Hi,
I have set-up one of my notification emails to include thumbnails of documents that were submitted; however, it is rotating them 90 degrees to the right. How can I fix this?
Here is the code I used: {IMG:picturesif::200}And I have attached the original pictures.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it using the photo you forwarded to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Reach out again if you need any other help.

The photo is currently appearing like the first one; however, i want it to appear like the second one. It shouldn't rotate them at all.

Hi Ryan,
Whatever the original orientation of the uploaded image, it will be retained once submitted to our server. This means that if the files uploaded by the user are not in the proper orientation, they will be retained as is. Can you confirm if the original orientation of the uploaded image was changed automatically when you received the notification email? If so, can you share what device you used to upload the photo to the form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

The pictures I provided to you are the exact ones that were uploaded, as you can see, they are the proper orientation, and they were uploaded through my laptop.
I just tried it again and the form is rotating them still. See attachedscreenshot.

Hi Ryan,
Can you try another photo to upload to check if it's doing the same thing? If the issue continues, try to add a new file upload element and then submit a test submission. Don't delete the existing file upload element to avoid losing the previously uploaded file, you can hide it instead. Let me walk you through how to add a new file upload:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the File Upload field.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
