Hello. I want my form that's embedded on my website to send users to an external URL when submitted. I changed these settings in the form, and it's still not redirecting in the re-embedded version or stand alone...

Hi Wes,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is this the form 231496541540051 in question? I cloned your form, but I can't replicate the issue, so I assume the issue is happening only when the form is embedded. Can you share with us the link to your website, and allow us make a test submission so we can further inspect what's going on? The website link you shared doesn't seem to work, as it returns a 403 Forbidden error.
Additionally, you can also try re-embedding the form using iFrame and see if it'll help with the issue. Let me walk you through on how to get it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on the Publish tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
3. Then select iFrame from the options, and click on Copy Code.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello,
That is the form in question. You say the issue might be with the embed, I said this in the first message, but I just tested again and the direct link to the form, still isn't redirecting me (as pictured above) as well as I re-re-re-embedded it again, and it's still leading me to this jotform thankyou page...
This URL is working, https://www.metropolitanappliance.com/locations/SEATTLE.html where the form is hosted in an iframe.

Hi Wes,
Upon checking your form, the issue arises due to a condition set up to display a custom Thank You page based on the user's response. Take a look at the screenshot below:
After removing the condition, the redirect Thank You page started functioning correctly. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Let us know if you have any other questions.
