ActiveCampaign: Unable to map Email field

    We are not able to select Email from the drop-down menu for intergration from Active Campain into our Jot Form. All of the fields are grayed out. We have logged out and logged back in, cleared the cache, and used a different browser.

    Hi SCTennisClub,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, this issue occurs because you are using Short Text element for your Email field:

    To resolve this, you'll need to add Email element for your Email field, and the integration should be able to map it, let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element+.
    2. Under Basic tab, scroll down to find Email element.
    3. Click or drag-and-drop to add it into your form.
