We are looking for some type of failed job form submission attempt to know when there are issues with the credit card payment processing form. What is the best way to generate live email alerts when there is a failed submission? Thanks

Hi TestDemoSarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, Jotform doesn’t have a built-in feature to send alerts for failed credit card payments. While PayPal Personal integration allows you to configure notifications for incomplete payments, Authorize.net doesn’t have this option. You can still manually check the Incomplete Payments section in your form’s Submission Table. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, select the form you want to check for incomplete payment submissions.
- Hover your mouse over the form you want to view Incomplete Payments for, and click on More on the right side of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, under the Data column, click on Submissions.
- In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Payments.
- In the Incomplete Payments menu, hover over the submission and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.

These steps did not report an incomplete payments.
What report would I run that would instead show me what forms were not fully submitted?

Hi Sarah,
I'm afraid it is not possible to generate a report for forms that were not fully submitted. Only saved forms and successfully submitted forms will be saved in the submission tables. If the forms are not submitted successfully, we do not have any records of these failed submissions. What you can do is check the Incomplete Payments every now and then to see if there are pending payment submissions.
