Hi Lisha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on your screenshot, the three dots icon that has the option to change the payment gateway is not present in your form's payments tab. When I checked your form, Square is still integrated in your form. To reconnect it, here's how:
- In your Product List field, click the wand icon.
- In your Payment Settings, click the gear icon from the upper-right corner.
- In your Square Integration settings, click on the Connected dropdown, then select Reconnect.
