How can I update my phone number?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the phone number that's tied to your Jotform account? If yes, you'll to delete the phone number on your account to add the new one. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar in the top-right corner of the page.

2. Select Settings from the menu.

3. Go to your Account page, which is on the left-hand side menu.

4. On the right side of the Phone Number field, click on Edit.

5. Click on the Delete phone number at the bottom of the popup window, and click on Next.

6. Select Yes, Delete to confirm.

You should now be able to add a new phone number by clicking on the green Add Phone Number button.
