How to dynamically update and display the deduction to the goal amount.

can you please advise how to update the donation thermometer with cash donations for it to reflect in the grand total that we are looking to raise?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, you want the raised amount to dynamically update and display the deduction to the goal amount, reflecting real-time progress? Unfortunately, that configuration is not available to the Donation Thermometer Widget. But, If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Im looking for a widget that will track online donations and also allow for me to manually add in cash donations when we get this to be able to update the total amount

As I have checked, there's no available widget that can track online donations, allow you to manually add cash donations, and show the combined total amount.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
