Form table is not showing credit card information

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Take note that it is against our terms of use to collect sensitive information such as card details. As a security measure, card numbers collected are automatically masked by the system. To avoid suspension, you will have to delete the offending fields from your form. If you would like to collect online payments, you can use our available Payment Integrations. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

2. On the left panel, go to Payments tab.

3. Click/Drag to add your preferred Payment Integration into the form.

4. On the right panel, click on Connect and connect your Payment Integration account.

5. Click on Continue.
