Getting error when submitting form

The people who tested our survey when I was building it are unable to complete the actual final survey. They get a message that says they have already completed the survey. I went in and deleted all the test responses but that didn’t help. Same error. Then I asked them to try to complete it from a link I sent to their phones. Same result. Can you help us please?

    Hi Kara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form #250530906001139, and I can see that it has Unique Submission enable to check cookies, and IP address. You can set the Unique Submission to No Check, so you can test your form without getting an error message. Unique Submission prevent your responders from making multiple submissions in your form. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
    2. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.

If this is not the form you're referring to, can you share the form URL, so we can look into this further.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
