Hello!
I looked in the help section and didn't find anything that looked like quite what I needed.
My team has a few events that we host every year for our clients and we just recently started using JotForm for our RSVP system for the events. I'd like to be able to use the same form each year, but I also want to be able to keep the RSVPs for each year separate. What would the best way to do this be?
I see that you can create additional tabs, but it looks like those tabs still pull from the same data pool, rather than being able to "unlink" a tab so that it doesn't update with new responses and having the new responses go to a new tab. I also saw that you can archive responses (which hides the old responses, but doesn't really keep them separate for purposes of looking at the lists in the future). I also saw that you can download the RSVPs to a PDF or CSV and save them separately, at which point I could delete the current responses and the responses in the form would only be new ones.
Are those the only options or is there something I'm missing/a better way to do this?Thank you!

Hi TZGforms,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The data collected by the form will always be recorded on the main submissions tab. To keep RSVPs for each year separate, you can download the submissions for each year, delete the responses from the form, and upload the past year's data to a separate tab by importing the submissions you downloaded.
It's easy to import a file into Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
1. Go to your My Tables page, and click on Create Table on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Data.
3. Click on Upload File and select your file or simply drag and drop your file.
4. Click on the Downward Arrow icon in the Choose Tabs To Import section, and toggle On the Set The First Row As Column Headers option.
5. Click on the Short Text option to change your column types.
6. Untick the tabs you don't want to import, and then click on Import Data.
You can also check out the How to Import Data in Jotform Tables guide for more information.
Let us know if you need any other help.
