Missing a lot of submissions from several forms

Hello, a large chunk of our data is missing from various forms.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Have you checked the Trash folder in your Submission Tables if it was deleted? If not, you can easily check deleted submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, you'll see the deleted submission.

If the submissions you're looking for is there, you can easily retrieve it.

1. Under the Trash folder on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
2. Now, click on Restore.

If you don't see the submissions under the Trash folder, let us know and we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. Also, can you share with us the link to the form with the missing submissions? We have a guide on where to find your form URL that you can check out.
