Correcting Form Calculation values

Hello,

ive designed a form to assess spiritual gifts and my input table has 72 responses that correlate to form calculation widgets that help people assess which gifts they most identify with. My issue is that the values assigned in input table are from 1-5 but my total values in the form calculation widgets are from 100-500. How can I change this to single digits rather than hundreds?

I divided each field in the form calculation widgets by 100 and that resolved the issue. Thank you
