Update payment method from PayPal to Credit card.

    Hi,

    I currently have paypal set up as my payment method. I want to switch it to just a credit card. When I go to update, the button only allows me to link a Paypal account now.


    I would Like to update to just a credit card please. I don't know how to remove my current payment method.

    Hi Dietitian_Live,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can remove PayPal and update your subscription with your credit card easily. Check out the steps below to see how it's done:

    1. Go to the Pricing page, and click on your current plan.

    2. In the Checkout page, under Choose Your Payment Method, select Credit/Debit Card.

    3. Tick the Terms of Service box, and then click on Pay/Continue, and you’re done.
