Option to customize the email subject and content?

Two questions

1. How to change the pre-typed content and text on submit button?(attached)
2. how to select some field from https://www.jotform.com/tables/250773323569867 and show https://www.jotform.com/tables/250608954811864

specifically, I want to select pickup time slot and payment fields from https://www.jotform.com/tables/250773323569867 and show https://www.jotform.com/tables/250608954811864

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the invitation email template. As this feature is not available at the moment, I've escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

For Jotform table's concern, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
