    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to set the Email notifications based on the answers of people who fill your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Change Email Recipient. (If you already have a condition set, first click on Add Condition, then select Change Email Recipient.)

    3. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:

Additionally, you can copy these sample settings to your form. Remember to include the company's email address in your form.

I gave you an example based on the Single Choice element, but you can adjust the condition as needed. Also, to use different emails, you'll need to create separate ones. Check out our Setting Up Autoresponder Emails guide to learn how to create them. You can also check out our guide explaining How to Send Emails Based on a User's Answer.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

This I don think answered my question:

If I have multiple companies using a form and one of the questions has a drop down where they choose the company in which they're from can I run a report with results only for those companies participants that's what I'm asking

    Hi Tim,

Can you tell us what type of report you are looking for? Jotform offers several form reports that you can use, which are described in the detailed guides below:

Now, if you want to filter submission entries in Jotform Tables to display only certain data, such as company options, you can utilize the Filter Entries feature available in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click the open Filter button next to the search bar in the upper-left corner.
    2. Customize the Advanced Filters based on the Company and click on the Apply Filter button.

    3. After you filtered the submissions, you can now click on the Download button on the top right part of the screen to download the data.

We've got a guide about How to Filter Entries in Jotform Tables that will help you do it. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
