I am trying to delete the trash can, but it only gives me the option to Restore, no purge options is available.

Hi Railtrain,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to delete your deleted entries in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon in the tab next to your form's name at the upper left side of the page.
- In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
- In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, select the Deleted Submission then, click on the Delete Forever and that's it.
Don't forget that trashed submissions that are not restored within 30 days will be automatically deleted. You can also check out our guide about How to Restore Deleted Submissions in Jotform Tables for more information. If you are still not able to see the Delete Forever button, share a screenshot of what you see on your end, and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

sorry i dont mean trashed submissions, i mean trashed jotform templates that have been created and then deleted, in particular 'signed document' jotforms that we created, in this case that we have used them for its purpose and want to now delete as they have private information on them that we dont want in the jotform account now that we have used it for its purpose to sign. So yeah i mean all the documents in my TRASH can on My Workspace page. I know they delete after 30 days, but we need some of them to be deleted immediately.

Hi Railtrain,
Unfortunately, as of this moment, it is not yet possible to purge trashed Signed Documents. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Great thankyou Chris , any chance you can go in and delete them for me manually at your end for this one time?

Hi Railtrain,
We currently don't have the option to purge trashed Sign Documents on our end. However, I've added your request to the escalation made by my colleague. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
