Dear Support,
I would like to setup a workflow so a submitted form will send for a series of approval, and once all approval has been completed, the form will send to a dedicated email address and this person will need to edit the form to enter additional information, kindly advise how I can do this, thanks!

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You can do this by adding the edit submission link to an email element at the end of your approval flow. Let me show you how:
First, let's create a workflow:
- In your Form Builder, click on Settings from the orange tabs.
- Select Workflows from the left panel.
- Click on Create Workflow button.
- In your Workflow Builder, click on Add Element from the left part of the screen.
- Look for Approval and Email and drag it to your flow.
- Link each element and select outcome for each approval.
Lastly, add the edit submission link to the final email element in your flow:
- In Workflow Builder, click the last email element and select the envelope icon.
- Under the Email tab, add the edit submission link to the email content.
- Under the Recipients tab, enter the email address of the recipient.
- Click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Nicole,
You can add the Edit Link from the Form Fields menu. Here's how:
1. Click the Settings of the Email.
2. Highlight the portion of the email content, then click on Form Fields.
3. Select Edit Link from the options, and click on Save.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
