Create a form that would require multiple signatures

Can I create a workflow that allows the original person submitting the form to input emails for the next three required signatories? So person A opens the form and fills it out and then would input three names of people who would then be all required to sign (three different emails) before the form is considered final. Is this possible?

    Hi NCAC_Office,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, that is possible. You will add four email address fields so that the person filling out the form can input of the email addresses of the persons required to sign then an edit link will be sent to the persons using the autoresponder email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
