What do I need to use to collect payments from my form

Also want some information on what I need to do to use Jot form for receiving payments via forms? Do I need to subscribe as a not for profit and pay yearly subscription?

You can receive payments even you have starter/free plan. But, you can only receive 10 payment submission per month. If you are interested to our non-profit, we do offer discounts for non-profit organizations. You can apply for a non-profit discount by clicking this link. After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed, and someone will get back to you with a confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. If you are approved, then you can avail the 50% off of any paid plans.
