    Subject: Clarification on Form Limits in the $34/Month Plan

    Hi JotForm Support,

    I'm experiencing an issue with my $34/month plan. I’m getting a notification that I’ve already reached the maximum number of forms, but I don’t fully understand what this means.

    • Does this limit refer to the total number of forms I can create?
    • Or is it related to the number of submissions received?
    • If I delete a submitted form, does it free up space to receive new ones?

    It seems quite expensive if the limit is so low, so I’d like to understand exactly how the form usage works before deciding whether to continue with my subscription.

    Hi Lucia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For us to better understand your concern, can you take a screenshot of how the error shows and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. Currently, you have 5 forms over the 25-form limit for the Bronze plan.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
