Hi Janell,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, I see that your account now has the capability to transfer forms to another email address directly. Just keep in mind that once forms are transferred, the recipient becomes the new owner of those forms.
The transfer cannot be reversed unless the new owner explicitly approves returning the forms to your account. If you're using a custom URL for your forms, it will automatically update from https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug} to https://form.jotform.com/{New_Owner_Username}/{your-custom-url-slug}. If this works for you, just follow the instructions below:
1. While logged in, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. In the profile dropdown, you can either click on your Avatar, your Name, or Settings to be directed to another page.
3. In the left-hand menu, go to Data.
4. Locate the Transfer Forms section, then click the Transfer Forms button.
5. You may receive an Authentication Code via email. Check your inbox for the code, enter it in the pop-up modal window, and click Verify.
6. Search for the form you want to transfer, then check the box next to it.
7. Enter the email address associated with the Jotform account where you want the form to be transferred.
8. Finally, click the Transfer Forms button. That's it.
Once the process is complete, you can check the status of your transfer in the Pending Transfers section under the Data page in your account settings.
Then, the recipient will receive an email notification about the transfer. You can inform them to check their inbox for a message like the screenshot below, where they’ll find a View Transfer Request button to complete the process.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
