How do I disable a form once I've reached a specific number of submissions?

    Here is my form. https://form.jotform.com/233618555730156

    Once we get to a total of 340 guests, I'd like to turn off the form (or at least send a specific message to those that are attempting to register. ) How do I do that?

    Hi bgabrielson,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Sure, you can disable your form in Jotform easily once it reaches that number of form submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the Form Settings window, click on Enabled in the Form Status option.

    3. In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select DisabledYou can change the Warning Message if needed. Once you're done, click on the Save button at the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.

    When your form is disabled, people who try to open it will see the Warning Message as shown below:
