    Hi,

my account is disabled and it says I’m out of upload storage, but I’ve deleted all submissions manually and my trash folder says it’s empty. I cannot find a way to see how much storage I’ve used, but I only have 3 forms and zero submissions, so it should be working. It’s been this way for 24 hrs.

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I've checked the issue and found out that you have exceeded your uploaded space. I recalculated the upload storage and it shows that you need to Manually purge the deleted submissions on your Trash to increase available upload storage. Let me show you how:

Let me show you how to delete the trashed submissions

    1. On the Tables page here, click on the 3 dot icon next to the Form tab.

    2. Then select Trashed entries on the Dropdown

    3. Select the Submission you want to Delete.

    4. Click on Delete Forever

I recommend downloading your submissions before purging the deleted submissions so you have a back up copy.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
