We are over our Upload limit. I have deleted our unneeded submissions and have emptied that Trashed Submissions and it didn't clear the upload limit reach notification and isn't allowing my form to work. Here's the form https://form.jotform.com/232040760130035 Could you let me know what I need to do?
Thanks!

Hi Stumppta,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue with your upload space should be resolved by now, its currently at 10.17 MB / 100.00 MB. When I checked your form, it was also accessible. Take a look at my screenshot below:
Keep in mind that deleting form submissions with uploaded files from your Jotform Tables will help you free up your upload space. I know you have completed this, but just for your reference, once you have deleted your form submissions, make sure to purge the deleted submissions from your Jotform Table's Trashed Entries as well. Let me show you how it's done:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits and How to Delete Form Submission Data for more information.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
