Hi there, we have been trying (with no success) to clone an application that was made in 'Our team's workspace' and unlike the apps in the 'all applications' section, we are not able to clone it.
We tried moving this app to 'Our personal workspace' so that would hopefully give us the option of cloning the app, but we keep getting this error message.
Support in completing this would be much appreciated. Also if you could let us know if moving this app would solve the problem and allow us to clone/duplicate it. If you could email me back at nicole@ikaneducation.co.uk, that would be fantastic!

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Keep in mind that when an app is moved to a team folder, cloning is not possible. The app must first be moved to the My Apps folder before it can be cloned. Let me show you how:
- On your My Apps page, click on the Team under MY TEAMS on the left menu.
- Select the App and then click on the More button.
- In the dropdown menu, click on the Move to My Apps option.
- In the modal window, click on the Move Now button.
- On your My Apps page, choose the app that you want to duplicate or clone.
- Click on More on the left side of the app, then click on Clone
- In the list that comes up, click on Clone App.
