Can I fill out 2 copies of a form simultaneously

Hi there, We use jotform for our application form for our small school. I have a parent who is applying simultaneously for two different children, however she is not able to have two application forms open at a time. Every time she tries to start one for her second child, it goes straight to the one she started for her first child. Is there a way around this?
