Assistance with pricing and form sharing

Hi there,

I had a colleague sign up yesterday with Jotform for half the price for the same service I have. I also understand there is a non profit rate.

I would like to be set up on the same rate.

I am also wondering if I can share a template with another user. We looked it up but it is not working.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. You can find our nonprofit rates here at Jotform Nonprofit Pricing.

In order to share a template with another user:

Go to the my forms area in your Jotform dashboard and look for the specific form you are looking to create a template for. 

Once you find the form, to the far right click “more” drop down list and under publish you will find “share as template”

From there you will be able to create a template using the chosen form and can upload and share it with another user.
