What happens when I max out my storage?

Hi,

I was told before that submissions would automatically delete once I reached my storage capacity. Yesterday I got an email saying my form would stop accepting submissions as I had reached my capacity. Can you confirm what happens when my storage reaches capacity?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you're referring to your Upload Storage limit. Once you reached your Upload Storage limit, the forms will automatically be disabled.
