Inquiry About Data & Reporting Access Post-Cancellation

I’m considering using [Jotform/Typeform/Zoho Survey] for a survey and had a few questions regarding data retention and access after cancellation.

    1. If I cancel my paid plan after a month, will respondents still be able to access and submit the survey using the original link?
    2. Will I still be able to view and download collected responses and reports after canceling?
    3. If access is limited post-cancellation, what’s the best way to retain survey data and reports before downgrading to a free plan?
    4. Does the free plan maintain access to previous survey results, or will responses be lost after cancellation?
    5. Is there a grace period after canceling where I can still access reports before they are removed?

I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

    Hi Jacqueline,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support regarding your inquiry about data retention and access after cancellation. Let me provide you with the information related to your questions:

    1. If you cancel your paid plan, respondents will still be able to access and submit the survey using the original link.
    2. You will still have the ability to view and download collected responses and reports after canceling your subscription.
    3. To retain survey data and reports before downgrading to a free plan, ensure to download all necessary data while your paid plan is active.
    4. The free plan will maintain access to previous survey results, and responses will not be lost after cancellation.
