The form's File Upload field doesn't show on Make.com

Hi -

I created a simple form; https://form.jotform.com/250757452360053

and I setup a webhook with Make.com; All of the data is being sent to make.com; except for the URL of the image that was uploaded in the form?

How can I resolve this issue?

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. You can select your preferred item on UploadBest field instead of File Upload field on Request field when selecting an item as a value on your preferred module in your make.com. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In your Make scenario, click on your preferred module.
2. Click on your preferred Value field on your preferred module.

3. Scroll down, click on Request field on the Star icon tab.
4. Click on UploadBest field below BuildDate field on Request field.
5. Click on your preferred item on UploadBest field.
6. Click on Save next to Cancel on the lower-right part of your preferred module.
